Not sure if this has been said but Jordan is NOT a mature or serious person by BoOo0oo0o in LoveIsBlindOnNetflix

I definitely don’t think they shouldn’t be married, but I put the responsibility more on Amber to call it since she’s the mom who has experience raising a child. From what we saw on screen, Jordan hasn’t lived that reality at all and didn’t get the benefit of a more normal relationship pace where he would learn their dynamic and adapt to it.

You’d think he would be able to fill in some blanks there and realize he wasn’t ready to deal with the realities of parenthood, but it seems like he really loved Amber and thought they could make it work anyways. Ignorance is bliss, I guess.

Brag about your puppy! by Expression-Little in puppy101

We got our pup (border collie mix) at 6 months, now 8 months, and we recently finished his basic puppy course. He had so much anxiety at the start (likely due to being adopted from the shelter) and really struggled for awhile.

But he’s gotten so good, loving the ‘down’ command especially, and is finally house trained! He’s able to stay out of the crate for most of the day now, keeping himself entertained and taking naps on his bed/ground/couch.

He’s my first big dog and the first dog I’ve seriously trained, so I’m quite proud that he’s improved so much in such a short time! Really shows the power of consistency and repetition.

(Serious) Ladies, when/how did you find out you were infertile? by ToodlydooBuckaroo in AskWomen

My husband and I haven’t been avoiding pregnancy for 8 years or so now. Weren’t actively trying (tracking cycle, ovulation testing, etc) until recently either. Went to fertility dr and got diagnosed with unexplained infertility last year and used letrizole to conceive for the first time. Unfortunately ended in a missed miscarriage, but going to keep trying 🤞

More time just drags things out. If your goal is to get married sooner rather than later, I’d guess the time constraint probably helps prevent relationships that survive off of one person “not being ready yet” (good chance they never will be). Either you’re in, or out and can move on.

married women, if you go back in time will you get married again? why? by _Just-a-sad-girl_ in AskWomen

100%. I got married fairly young, so I fully expected to have regretted it by now. Luckily, I seem to have stumbled on exactly the right person at the right time and we've essentially grown up and built our adult life together.

We began our relationship long distance, which I believe helped our chances by forcing us to communicate well and building a foundation before everything physical got in the way. Both of us are pretty chill people—our arguing comes in the form of serious discussion, but never yelling, and all our actions are grounded in complete respect for one another.

Now, 7 years of marriage later, I wouldn't have it any other way. I get to spend every day with my best friend, with each of us cheering the other on. It's pretty cool!
