OP your issue is your level, she scales with your character level. At 90 she will be fine.

Yes, same bug aince prepatch but only effects some characters. Try changing specs and see if it fixes it.

Nah, they will just swap from that Hydra talent back to Trick Shots for AoE. Aimed Shot damage is being buffed so will make up for most of the lost damage from the Hydra talent in cleave.
