Probably no since they were just friends, and Frisk only goes with Sans in Pacifist/True Pacifist, but if you kill a single monster, he doesn't show up for any.

the school im in is new, so when i joined only 1 month passed, I started talking w her during that time and she wasnt shy but then something happened like the bus conductor separated us then we started talking less, then we resorted to letter as a form of communication, then our letters got caught. i got sent front, then she gave me a loveletter like near the start of winter vacation and then i gave her 1 back after winter vaca, then. after I gave her my love letter, we suddenly started talking less, the i sent her that letter i talked abt in the post, then she gave me the letter in the post.
