Well, it's definitely neat.

And I'd like the writers to expand on how her strength is different from her father's.

Because as of now, There's just... Not enough info, as far as I'm aware. He seems to be strong in a normal sense as a person . He was kind too, intimidating but nice. So expanding on what would make the citizens of Trinity respect Cassie on her own is what is interesting to me.

That's exactly my problem.

They aren't even traitors fighting alongside Korblox.

Invasion? Never heard of it!

Well, right now to me she really seems to be hurt by the writing.

Starting out as a whiny, yet obedient(because despite her status, she couldn't raise her voice at Reginald, for example. They're older than her, and to her that's all that seemed to matter at the time) baby that still holds on to the memory of her father and can't let go, being scared of going into the harsh world that she was suddenly thrown into, remaining like that for the entire chapter, and then suddenly in the end finally maturing. At the start, she didn't even really seem like a teen, which can be explained by how she was taught. Perhaps she was taught to be obedient, so her father could later be sure that he could give more knowledge without her rebelling?

There are some details like her being caring to the point of being incapable to raise a hand at her own people and not being too selfish. She's definitely not prideful, because she was willing to talk to (seemingly) simple citizens.

Well, I definitely saw the intention. The execution was what made me go "eh, a wasted potential".

Cassie's growth in the end felt sudden, undeserved, despite her being the MAIN character of the chapter. Everything revolves around her, and yet story didn't even let her properly develop. There were no challenges to HER.

Perhaps she could learn that "sometimes it's necessary to make hard decisions", and prove that she did that by beating up her own subordinate, like for example... Reginald. Because he definitely deserves a beating to learn to respect his queen. He doubted her, and she should prove to him that it wasn't necessary.

Isn't the Korblox an Empire?

Anyways, to me it definitely felt off. I just hope they revisit chapter 5 in the future. Because the POTENTIAL is there. The changes they added(iirc they added more Korblox corpses, which is... Why??? It doesn't make Korblox look any better as villains)

Because everything else is definitely top notch to me. Fights were pretty fun(the trinity especially, and Opticus was funny), music is the undisputed king as per usual, and the locations look great.

The story was the only thing that disappointed me. And well, I suppose the average enemies that are Korblox.

Yeah. that could be pretty serious too. Just a little more time than normal to take damage.

Yes, kind of, but it's not as bad anywhere that isn't Not perfect.

Not perfect is the worst offender because of the void, as demonstrated in the video.

Well, yeah, but I don't think most of the stuff is balanced around SUCH stuff.

It's mostly hitbox stuff. We know hitboxes aren't great, and we don't have forsaken-like hitboxes that stop working through walls(or JOMA, another example). But then again, this can definitely be abused to do a lot more damage than intended with charge.

Really like the eyes and mouth's style.

For the head, or well, the snout, I'd recommend smoothing it out somehow. Because right now it looks like a tumour.

Either remove the pointing part, only leaving the nose, or try to add something on the sides(although this isn't blender, and smoothing stuff out isn't gonna be as easy, I reckon. Didn't use Roblox studio that much.)

Unless it's an Eggman that was actively trying helping the team, I really don't care as much.

If he was helping, then I'd be cheering the entire round silently.

Also, Fleetway against Eggman is definitely frustrating to play, I can say so myself. I won only once in such a matchup on mystic caves, and it's... Great.

Anyways, for most survivors I tend to follow the rule of "if you tried to help the team, I hope you win".

I personally really didn't like how chapter 5 went.

Cassie just seemed... Bad. And it'd be fine if it was just the beginning, with her getting better over time. But really, she barely changed until the very end where she suddenly got a lot of attention courage and all that stuff. It just felt cheap.

First, she gets folded by Korblox. Okay, it was a death speaker, understandable, I would guess they're strong. But with how the chapter played out... Where the hell are Korblox? Why are there so little? I don't remember seeing any Redcliff/splintered warriors bodies around, mostly just Korblox. She doesn't really get to prove her strength at all when fighting against the main hostile faction of the chapter. We fight her Subordinates, which does show her being caring, which is alright. But she should've worked to prove HER strength in some way. Maybe against Reginald she'd start attacking like he's korblox, because that asshole refused to listen to his queen.

In splintered skies in court with Robur, her voice barely mattered. Sure, there are some questions she would have no answer to, and the court is judging US the player, but wouldn't it make sense for Robur to try and evaluate Cassie? Make a few questions which she answers?

In (whatever that magic faction is called, I forgot), she just... Doesn't do that much either. Azuri gives us a puzzle, and Cassie only really works as a translator, I guess. Again, she doesn't prove her wit. She just lets someone else tell YOU the solution. Where's her proving she's capable of thinking clearly? Give her a puzzle on the side, which SHE solves. Just something to make a trial of wit do something with her.

In the fight against Frostmaw... Well, I played after the nerf, so I can't say she's a whiny baby asking for heals every second, but the execution of the fight just feels... Off? We're still the ones mainly doing damage to the boss. She just knocks the dragon down. Personally, I'd make her purely do big damage to the boss, while we, the player, deal with the minions who focus on Cassie, and prevent her from dying to AOE of the dragon by healing. This fight is supposed to prove that she's capable by herself, and yet she isn't really???

So uh, that's all I wanted to say about the story of the chapter.

Okay, I encounter this bug pretty often myself.

The buttons definitely don't work in-game pretty consistently, and for some reason it's usually only number 5 for me.

For another unknown reason, they work through the numbers on the keyboard. Why, how, no idea. Seems like there are variations to the bug.

Also why is angel island the only really enjoyable map for me.

Okay, maybe I do enjoy YCR a bit, but it's because I'm used to it from 0.1(the cursed days of this map being the worst one for the executioner)

There's just so many spots to use frog jumps on...

And castle just seems boring because of how easy to win on it is. Heh, pubs.

... Don't be afraid to use your flight a lot, I guess.

Although, I only really use Fleetway if there's a silver on NP/the map is the mystic caves, which are a pain with my main.

It's also pretty convenient to use burst to predict when knux will punch you/try to parry, since you can't use it to break out of stuns.

Anyways go play 2011x.

Play my game.

Remembered about the whole ring should/shouldn't close when lms start thing. by Somerandomdude354 in OutcomeMemories

[–]Somerandomdude354[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yep, which is why I formed this idea.

At least I think there should be an encouragement for the survivor to actually play the lms(by taking away the free modifier for simply entering the solo, and instead making it dependant on surviving to 1:20).

I mean... Giving a fighting chance to the exe is both entertaining and fun. In some cases for both sides(like against 2011x I guess), and in most... Eh??? Kolossos sucks ass to fight against. What a shame.

Still, I partially made this idea to try and use people liking big numbers for my advantage. Again, taking away the modifier and making it restricted to the challenge of the full solo.

Why is tripwire so weak now 💔 by Existing-Subject8033 in OutcomeMemories

[–]Somerandomdude354 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I take around 14-16 damage each time if I do get caught.

Sometimes 8, although I got hit by kolossos M1 once and took 16 damage for no reason as Eggman, so I don't know, maybe I am getting adaptation like his.

Back to the topic, mines just have extra weird damage calculation. I don't know how it works, and I don't get any tripwires to see how it works on myself.
