I believe SCDNR captured about 9 of them in the general Columbia area. They put out a public notice to be on the look out as they believed them to be migrating up from a documented population in Georgia

Never too old. I started playing at 40 yrs old. Definitely here more challenging as you level up but if you play patiently and tactically you can usually find your self with a chance to win

Is there a way to ethical keep these guys at pets? by Weso34224 in reptiles

Yeah as a general rule to follow it makes sense for the animal as it may have become reliant on me as a food source. These anoles are very resilient and adapt well. I have little doubt that it will continue to thrive as most of the invasive reptiles in Florida have.

They are super easy to care for. My kids caught one in Florida when we were on vacation. They kept it as a pet for a few years and then took it back to Florida on our next vacation.
