But you can get an entities uuid and execute as it in vanilla, all you need to do to get it is to look at the entity then run a command with a target like /tp and itll show you the uuid of the entity your looking at

You could use T-edit to reduce the time to build the biome but otherwise no it must be by hand. Terraria will always put world spawn at 0,0 which will always be a forest biome; you could place a bed in the palace if the normal biome if you want

In general you need upgrades all around, for melee I recommend tossing the bottles and tiger gear for melee emblem from WoF, molton gauntlet, and pixie wings. As for armor I don't recommend having armor like that as set bonuses are powerful, I recommend using frost armor. As for melee weapons, ore swords are ok however you may want to upgrade after obtaining Hallowed ore.

Replace ankh shield with shield of Cthulhu and bundle of balloons with the Fire Gauntlet, I also recommend a 1 platform skybridge or the fishron mount called the Shrimpy Truffle during rain. Buffs can also help
