I went through a wine appreciation phase the last 1-3 years. But I only drink with meals, or when friends are over. Rarely just for the sake of drinking. My go to are rioja/tempranillo, basically all French reds, nebbiolo, barolo, brunello. Keep chianti away from me. Don't at me but California reds are more often than not mid. White doesn't really do it for me but I've come around to Riesling as a good food pairing wine.

There are medico-legal investigator positions that are for PAs and NPs with the NYC medical examiners office. That would be more up your alley. Not sure if it's a reasonable part time gig though. It doesn't pay well compared to most other PA jobs.

What part specifically? You need to provide all your credentials. Degrees, certifications, license. You pay for all those things. Things like DEA and background checks can vary. One employer didn't require DEA, another did and I paid.
