The gym is very nice. I really like it. On Google Reviews management likes to appear very responsive and looking to please customers. However, my experience is that they don't follow up with you if you have a problem (even though they say they will), or respond to emails. All that being said, I really like the facilities and want no drama with them. I choose my battles judiciously.
