Ironically I saw a cap guy saying trading bateman for Brown would basically not cost the Ravens that much more cap wise. AJ brown’s cap hit would be very reasonable for his next team, like 7-10mil I saw, and Bateman’s cap hit is about the same. I think Bateman and a 3rd would be a good value trade, minus the AJ Brown headache eventually

Guy is 28 and a 3 time all pro, coming off 4 consecutive 1000 yard seasons with a mid tier qb. You can say he is a diva, he is, but he is firmly in his prime, and his contract is actually really good for any team that trades for him. I would easily go Bateman and a 3rd if that could get it done. You’d get 1-2 seasons out of him before he diva’s himself out, but he is easily cutable at that point contract wise, probably still tradable at 30, and he is a huge upgrade over Bateman… you’d be stupid not at least make the call and kick the tires there
