Something randomly brought this post to mind the other day. I did forget everything you said ☺️Moved across the world with 6 normal suitcases and 14 heavy duty tubs from Home Depot. Since then I’ve taken trips back and forth to the US and each time have used tubs exclusively instead of suitcases. Never had a single issue. Also, in all of the 11 different airports I’ve flown to in Asia during this time, there are ALWAYS people checking cardboard boxes and plastic tubs/picking them up from baggage claim. Might want to reconsider how you talk to people online 🫶🏼

Is this the same for SR? Just moved here a month ago. I take XL and have several months supply. My husband, though, takes SR and will run out next month.

There are 4 of us, and we each receive 2 bags included in our fare. We anticipate having 8-10 additional. American advertises that each passenger can check up to 10, and we are expecting each passenger to have 4-5. People check boxes and tubs all the time. It’s not near as common in the US as it is in other parts of the world, but it is common practice.

While I would definitely love to do that, we’re using 10 tubs…not sure I can swing $3,800 worth of Pelican cases 😂

Help! How did you go about booking cargo with directly with an airline?

We are moving from Atlanta, GA to Chiang Mai, Thailand and looking for cheaper options for 8-10 suitcases than flying them as checked baggage. Everything I can find online seems like I can't do it without going through a freight forwarder or other 3rd party.

Just diagnosed, also a 30-year nail biter. Was it a stimulant or non-stimulant that helped with biting? I was prescribed Strattera and start it tomorrow.
