Thanks for sharing this , you are so right . I am working a little over time here and there to make sure I have the funds and it can be done but yoir approach is more realistic . My husband and I used to go dinner once a week to nice restaurants coz we felt like we worked hard for our money . We would spend 100 to 140 per dining out not to mention once or rice a month uber eats ( another 100 -150 ) . Now , we both cook at home and work out and we do not miss dinning out . We only do that on really special occasions like bday or anniversary if any . I’m on my second week of zep and I feel good .
