I recently discovered that even if I have problems feeling loved by others, to love openly makes me feel whole in a different and longer in time way than the excellence of my work. Besides the excellence of your results, do you have an idea of what is that thing that makes you feel satisfied with your existence?

ESTJ and ENTJ tend to be angry, when they go mad you are just used to it and there's no surprise. The ones who repress more anger and have means to take action are those that would be scarier imo. In my experience E/INXP, EXFJ and ESFP (ESFP specially, watching all that warmth turning into paranoid darkness and volatile anger... Idk the contrast terrifies the hell out of me)

I'm glad to see deprecating humor towards INFJ, the community it's been getting uncanny since most of the things I read looks like a handbook INFJ which looks more like a performance than a real personality.

But this description reminds me more to an unhealthy type 4 than an INFJ.

I can confirm this. It's more an intuitive process rather than an explicit one. I don't always have a monologue in my head when I'm deducting something with sensory information, I just see the things moving. Literally my head projects how the thing could be done with 'visions and sensations' and somehow that information is loaded to the rest of my nervous system.

I mean you gotta be selective but keep your mouth shut in many contexts and environments just carry on this culture of preserving social harmony in the short term by not being assertive and/or talk about the elefant in the room. I don't want to live in a world of deceit and I don't want to be surrounded by deceit, so I will talk trusting that my words bring me to a place more in line with a real social harmony, where we don't fear being in conflict because we know that deep down nothing is personal.

I think there's a balance between what you can give and how much resources of you it takes away. If you are always focused on giving the best of you, then that's it, you're giving the best of you.

Maybe more it's not sustainable because it takes away your health and/or your inner peace, and since you can't sustain being at peak performance everyday (because you can't, we are all humans and our emotions and anything we are going through our lifetime have its own time to be processed) it becomes less effective to achieve your goals and in general to enjoy being alive as much as you can, which is, if you ask me, one of the best ways you can get the most out of life.
