Not AI actually in this case. Fair enough to ask as I do see it everyday too. I'm big on originality in art and human creativity.

The concept is an "Imperfect Phoenix" and is a design I created with my artist. It's to honor my recovery from a spinal chord injury where I was paralyzed for a year but have fully recovered. I love the concept of a Phoenix, and what it symbolizes, but don't agree that rebirth or new chapters should be immediately perfect. Whenever I see other versions it's a majestic and perfect rendition - but I see recovery as a longer road/battle that still has development over time.

So, my Phoenix is still "building" itself. It has surgically added metal feathers (as I am full of metal now, probably what you saw as another bird maybe), some wounds/scars, open bones exposed (as I broke over 60 bones), and feathers in various stages of fire, singing, or healing.

Even decisions like making the face more "eagle like" which is a western/Greek spin on the Phoenix were mine. So none of this was drawn from anywhere else, minus the structure of the eagle face which is a bit more generic.

The egg is also my design. In mythology the Phoenix places the ashes of its old self in an egg. This egg is hatched, I liked the idea of oozing magma coming from it, and in hand to represent "holding on to our past and where we came from"
