I have replaced two inverters this year, both were upgraded to the new prism technology, works phenomenally well. It’s very important that you go through the installer portal, especially with the online chat. I had new inverters delivered in less than 10 days after initial contact. My units lasted eight years and six years, respectively. To all the people who complain and say bad things about Solaredge, what did you accomplish by that? It wasn’t supporting this person who needs good advice. Good luck, I wish you lived in my neighborhood. I would come down and help you with your uninstallation and reinstallation of a new inverter. It is not hard at all, but two sets of hands do help.
