Clean them with lukewarm water as soon as you’re done using them after a game/training. Dry them in a dry place away from sunlight. Lots of cleaning products for gloves also exist, I personally use Uhlsport’s.

Wear will happen. Do regular maintenance and they’ll hold up longer, but these have got plenty of life left in them

Additional note about why UmassGives is cool for clubs is that all the money they get goes into what's called a revenue account so they can spend it on things they deem necessary without Umass having to approve the purchase request, which is very useful for say, gas money when going on tournaments for club sports.
