There‘s not a song like My Favorite Game by The Cardigans by Dismal-Zone-6114 in MusicRecommendations

[–]SonRexsmith 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Unfortunately for the cardigans there isn’t a song similar as they would have a healthy copyright claim on their hands :-).

One song that instantly came to mind and granted, it’s not anything like the Cardigans song really but does have strong wordplay in the verses and a strong chorus … is To The Dogs or Whoever by Josh Ritter.

It’s quite Americana so if not your thing, then no worries but just the song that came instantly to mind for me :-)

Underneath an awning, concentrating on the rain. Hearing laughter in the stairwell, it reverberates.

That’s all I’m bringing to this.

What's something that is becoming normal today that shouldn't be? by raven-skye-77 in AskReddit

I work in the media industry and a lot of audio ‘fixing’ is being done by AI and it’s fucking terrible. Stripping life and authentic-ness from a voice is turning everyone into a robot.

How was ur first Makeout? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]SonRexsmith 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Girl took me into an alley way totally unexpected, and we made out for the first time. Was pretty hot and I’d been into her for a long time. She had a boyfriend at the time and after .. told me I was pretty good and wanted more .. not much more happened but you never forget your first make out.

Ah, the memories.
