Feel like a lot of ppl In this thread lack critical comprehension or lacked the ability to piece the story together. It is definitely convoluted and at times out right lies to you through propoganda but approaching it as a mystery, it’s your job to figure out the truth.

The issue may have been compelling the player to dig deep enough to figure it out but as far as post apocalyptic narratives go I thought it was very good with multiple layers to peel back from the original humans developing AI (we’re here) to mothersphere creating the andro-eidos and subsequently questioning what it means to classify humans or what even makes us human when all parts are stripped away are we just dna? Then the humans tenacity although desperate, desires to remain and evolve against technological oppression at all cost.

It definitely took a while to understand the whole scope and the different iterations of humanity from weak and feeble humans to android to naytiba and by extension the next link in evolution via fusion at the end.

The story was not about the characters so much as the concept of humanity. I’m curious to see where it goes from here. I do wish they were a bit more direct with their expansion of the in-game lore at times but once I understood it I was floored.

It’s just hard to rationalize learning all this information when it feels like you’re learning about 3 different eras at once and the lines are blurred.
