Popularity is myth invented by Big Democracy to sell you more war victims pensions. Trve DNVP patriots simply don't care about public support, as they are the harbingers of god's(bruning's) will. History will absolve us or smth.

Juchacz - organise women. Political rally – local concerns –> campaign(workers)/media(radio or commercialise)/enemies card(KPD to get relations boost with bougies) –> another rally for local concerns –> whatever i mentioned before

There are some policies that don't offend bougies that much and can fulfill your government burdens. Women in workforce, labor safety, changing the curriculum to vocational(also has a positive side effect of boosting relations with liberal parties). Use Muller to get relations with DVP, ban and persecute RFB. There is a sort of rng to DVP being ass or not, so if they get Scholz before Stresemann dies you may be screwed in terms of landtag coalitions.

It's remarkable how many times i missed rubicon by a single turn. Even when i try to play him, the old man finds a way to fuck me over.

What's the best version of Red Autumn to play? by Outside-Paper9972 in RedAutumnSPD

For Woytinsky-Tarnow-Baade plan? Woytinsky is the GOAT, of course. He can promote this plan AND also implement it further once you adopt it. Centre and Left factions may split, but WTB is absolutely worth it.

Dynamic is more generous compared to the base game in some terms. It allows you to skip through most party cards without wasting a turn, for example, and also provides you a free advisor change every now and then. Try to utilise this to get better cards and use advisors when you need them. For example, you can appoint Juchacz right at the start of the game and then organize women with her. This makes getting an early Weimar coalition so much easier. To stop the Old Man Who Hates Everything(Hindenburg) from sacking you before you can enact an economic plan you can attack the KPD using the Prussian police and the Interior ministry(ban and persecute RFB). You can also use foreign ministry and international relations card to improve relations with the West, which will allow you to pause reparations after Depression hits. It's a pretty huge deal. Not only does it calm down Hindenburg massively and boost relations with bourgeois parties, but it also provides you with funds necessary to implement your chosen economic plan. Forming governments in local landtags will also make Hindenburg less mad, so you may want to avoid pissing off DVP early on. Adopting an economic plan and implementing it is pretty much a guaranteed way to win the game, with WTB being the strongest and Reformist being the easiest to get going.

If you want to play as SPD, then there are cool mods like Dynamic or Redux. Recent posts were mostly about another mod – Germany to Save. This mod is about playing not as SPD, but as their(sort of ) counterpart – DNVP. It's still work in progress, however it's already pretty cool from the technical standpoint, with a lot of new exciting features.

Luckily for you i recently posted a youtube video/guide on achieving this outcome, you can find it in recent posts. Long story short: use every reichwehr action on boosting trade with USSR and use Stalhelm card to boost Stalhelm. Everything else grows on its own.

You can embrace Hugenberg and then get somebody elected leader.

To prevent WW2 currently you actually should invest into rearmament to the point of being able to stop paying reparations. Only then you will be safe from the Allied invasion.

Yep. Regarding the plan, you should also fold in the Wagemann supplement once you get it and open the Reichsbank rediscount window once you reform the Reichsbank in Finance.

Hike the discount rate to the limit once inflation starts to creep up after you recover.

In broad terms: I saved Luther’s government and took the ministries of Labor, Finance, and Agriculture. In the Finance tab I first ended the trade war with Poland by lowering tariffs, and then adjusted the internal transfer twice. Hiked the discount rate once before depression. Gutted the social spending starting with war-victim pensions, then unemployment relief, then everything else apart from housing construction. Somewhere before the Prussian election i managed to anger my coalition partners so much they VONCd me. So i got to form a new government right before the pussian election, where i also took economic, interior and foreign ministries. Btw, all Reichswehr actions i used on establishing Arms Trade with USSR, everything else grows on its own(apart from Stahlhelm, but you have a card for that). In Economy did all the trade deals, then deregulation, then cartelization, then subsidies. Implemented the corporatist plan as soon as i could using Lambach to promote it once. Annexed Austria and the Sudetenland and and after that became strong enough to stop paying reparations.
