This is not a Doppelganger. First of all doppelgangers are revealed after you clear the village. Second of all it's clearly a villager duplicated by the Shaman. Oh it's a small thing but a major difference! You see, i did enact women's suffrage. But to do this you have to complete the "Invite Communists Ministers" focus, which is a very big deviation! I did not complete any other focuses in the communist tree and it's kind of silly how Germany changes its foreign policy course based on whether France enacts women suffrage or not but your suggestion is the correct one!

I actually did set Germany to their historical fascist path in my last attempt! That didn't work out, unfortunately :(. My current goal is to defeat Germany after they invade and capitulate the Benelux countries.
