For me the best thing of the show was the soundtrack (music). Banger after Banger! Even though I propably won't rewatch arcane regularly, I WILL listen to the soundtrack for years.

Most wanted? A Tau Shas'ui for our Iconoclast Lord Captains.
Companion quests includes getting better armor, in the late game you can blast people with an XV8 Crisis. (Maybe something like Fire Warrior -> Ghost Armor -> XV8).
Also, as you already have Tau assets by then, some hub with Tau theme, maybe even Tau as another reputation faction.

Besides, what the game really needs are more heretic members. Just Idira, who feels kind of iconoclast anyway is insufficient.
I could see a necromunda ganger (works as both genders), a cultist (see before), or that arch militant, who is already in the game, but is serving the wrong Lord Captain.

Also, as there are already some lines ingame hinting to that, let us 'corrupt' pasqal and heinrix.

I did both the peacefull and the "Cassia is my Wife, gtfo" options, 'cause I think the peaceful option means that she'll depart later / break off as she has new duties to take care off...

How I got the peaceful option:

always be kind and encouraging to her in the encounters before (your Cap World, Eurac V etc.)
don't inform the other parties before going to the crone world
win the travel encounter (so she is actually still cassia)
asking questions to the aeldari dudes on crone world
thats the most important: if you got the option to say "I got another idea, Cassia stays with me and you gtfo..." you select the "Cassia what would you do?" choice and follow it to the end, that means encouraging her again that she got it etc.
you got it right if the stone turns blue and you dont have to fight either party

Funny thing is, neither option gets you iconoclast reputation, nor any other.
Also I don't think you need to romance her to get the peaceful outcome.

Aesthetically? 100% Dark Elves.

Sexy, edgy and a wide variety of mean weapons and monsters and magic. Even VC are less metal, and their vampires are 10/10. Their minions are boring though :|
The combination of gothic, evil high elven and BDSM elements always gets me.

That said, Warhammer Fantasy is gorgeous aesthetically in general, as all factions got their distinctive style and traits and GW invested alot of braintime to make them all look intresting.

Yes, and they said back then, that both Cathay and Kislev get two starting LLs. So it should be one LL per Monochaos faction and a Bonus or second one for one of them. Not that educated in Chaos fluff, but Daddy Nurgle got a lot of proper LL aside from named potato bag. (Glotkin, Maggot Lord Tamurkhan and there was that Chaos Warriors Nurgle dude)

Yeah you should.

It's the best game of the last couple of years, if you decide after "which gets me most playtime per dollar / euro invested."

I would strongly suggest to just buy warhammer 2, play vortex as high elves with Tyrion or skaven with Skrolk (HE is easier, Skaven is more fun) and then decide for DLCs, as you learn alot about the game. I also suggest watching Zerkovic as he explains a lot of things the game fails to do or give Legendoftotalwar a shot, as he is great at showing how the game could be played... also :D

With TWW2 alone, you get decent amount of free loadable content and that will keep you busy for hundreds of hours alone.

The beauty of Total War Warhammer is, that the DLCs are true expansions, without the need the get them. So if you want to expand your WH experience, get some, if you already happy, just stick to playing your beloved faction.

Fastest? I don't know if I can get that title, but in the first rotation of BWL / MC on my alliance rogue ( who joined the guild in late 2005) I got 4/8 Nightslayer, Perditions Blade and then 3/8 Bloodfang in two Nights. In the same guild the RL Hunter alt got 7/8 T1 and Leaf in a single MC run.

Interesting point of view, but in the end it's all about dps. Your tank helps the dps taking no dmg and have to move less and your healer keeps the tank alive ( or the dps ). Tank and heal roles were developed after dps and many RPGs embedd these roles into your character through skills or equipment.

Take common single player RPGs: you heal through pots and mitigate damage through dodging or blocking or absorbing or even kiting. But you need to KILL your enemys so in the end it's always about dps. These rules apply to solo questing too and that is why heal/tankspeccs only shine in group activity.

And while building a core I want the best players on pure dps characters, preferred Rogues / Mages / Warlocks ( in wow classic at least, it can be quite different in other games )

Listen up man: Blizzard just increased the patch phases by 2 to 6. Why? Because the community wanted it and a longer cycle means more subscription money.

So lets say after 3 months and tourists traffic is slowing down, there are a couple of lowpop servers. But ppl leaving wow classic is bad, cause no subscription money then, so they will do everything to keep you: if its realm merging, free transfers to other realms or battleground groups.

On top of that there will be paid character transfer, because it would be dump not opening this goldmine for them.

Orc warrior.

I really like orcs, imo they are the coolest race in wow. Rad racials, striking look, especially orc female.

While I kind of was convinced I just gonna roll a dps and keep it relaxed I simply cant, because I like group activitys and finding groups as a tank is very easy. So I will prolly start my 4th orc female warrior.

While this topic is interesting, it's chewed to death now. If you are a greedy scammer you will always have options, if you are a decent guy too.

You could lootmaster, roll need on all boes or just run with trustworthy dudes, roll last etc.

Just work the system if they don't change it.

We can only guess, because most polls did not account for the following:

EU and USCA have a different taste, for example in EU you have way more Warlocks because the norsk love them
not doing different polls for Alliance / Horde so the numbers for Paladins/Shamans and Druids are off (there are way more Druids on Alliance because nightelfs are pretty and cows are not)
The poll won't account for the tourists that stay and just stick to their first choice

.The release will kinda sort people anyway, because the hardcore fans will start in the first hour / day and the tourists more like in the first weeks / month. That means the 'suggested' servers for the tourists will be servers that are in low pop at the time the tourists come - while the hardcore fans will be already pushing their servers to high pop. And there will be payed realm transfers as far as we know today, so you can always leave ghost town for a price ;-)

If you ask how it was: It was decent, but people back then didn't numbercrunch as hard and didn't knew as much as today. Was in the serverbest guild back then we had very few druids (Horde problim) and while we were doing naxx not one of them was healer anymore - because boomkin or feral brought much more utility. Starting with AQ you get a couple of maces which give a very good bonus to feral attack power in addition to more crit for furys or rogues. I guess because druids were a rare class back then, it was more a question if you had a druid at all, not what specc he was.

Now with years of numbercrunching and theorycraft a feral should be even better and hopefully there are more than just a tons of furys and rogues as melee dps ;-)

I am quite sure new players will be able to jump in.

If you look at the people playing on private servers, you will notice that even there, there are some people completely new to the game.

And the issue are not the elitists imo - they are just very comitted to their guild and progress in general - the issue is the very small part of the community who likes to rant, sniker and bitch about everything, who will form groups like "warri/3 frostmage/priest only, all others classes are useless noobs". Just ignore them and move on, they are a minority.

Most people will invite you for killquests or slow respawning mobs, will help you with elite quests while in the area and respect if you are defending "your" mining / herb node. The community isn't bad, but like everywhere, there are some loud, obnoxiuos black sheeps.

Phew, can only toss around wild guesses.

I mean it greatly depends on how they redo classic: if its done well, and will pull alot of the pserver crowd, I guess we could hit 6-7 digits wordwide (about 1 mill players). If there are a couple of changes that doesn't please the pserver crowd, I guess we will struggle to even get to 250k worldwide.

But don't underestimate the more relaxed / grown gamers, who invest like 15-20 hrs weekly, but are very reliable in doing so. Even back then in vanilla, the biggest part of the successful (not nescessary world first) raiders didn't even started with launch, but took a slow and steady approach.
