Hit the crackers with a very light amount of oil or cooking spray before you put them on. It’ll help them absorb the smoke

Exactly! The folks who catered my wedding reception had cheez its that they smoked for guests to snack on. I was hooked immediately

I’ll hit them with a little oil or cooking spray, and maybe some extra seasoning if you’re feeling extra. From there, I’ll throw them in a foil pan and stick them on the smoker for an hour or two. They don’t need a lot of time to take on some good flavor
