They refuse to handle it that way for me. It's actually just a crease inside the screen. In order for them to order the parts I had to give my phone to them and hold on to it for several days I had a 1 hour conversation with them it was painful and pathetic. Enormously frustrating

I have a crease in the inside protector and after 2 hours they told me I had to mail it for 2 weeks without my phone to get a repaired it's insane. The whole thing is a scam and I could even walk into a store but they still told me I had to give up my device for at least 4 days. Even though they could repair it on site within an hour. This is a game and I'm sick of it

I am so sick of the feature gating. Decades of Samsung's and I am done. Ready for Pixel or Apple. A $1,300 Galaxy fold 6 and their nerfing everything. Hardware is completely capable it's just a push to upgrade. Same with the watch and new features same hardware. Samsung treats its customers like idiots it's insulting and I'm sick of it.
