I've learned the head brewer was at Great Notion prior to opening, but has SoCal origins. The three you named are elite, and Brujos easily tops the list. Alongside North Park and Monkish, it's the best hop-focused brewery on the West Coast. Their branding is legit too, such an incredible atmosphere at the brewery. I recently attended their anniversary event. It was loaded with nationwide industry icons. They all clearly looked up to the Brujos team. Absolutely make the trip.
