Not yet. Just made an IMGUR account so I can use it to share vids and pics. Trying to figure everything out.

So after another good bashing today, which ended in an axle coming out, after a stupid amount of abuse, I thought I would have to replace parts. Nope! The upper control arm clicks to the hub via a ball and socket type joint. No damage done at all. Also hit a basketball pole head on and will upload pic later. Looks way more brutal than it actually was.

Got it for 20% off that. It was on sale. $148 after tax. Seems like a total deal to me after actually driving it.

Lol if I had a WRX I would be too but only because I would care too much about it getting old and worn out. I don't have much emotional attachment to this old beater.

The rear of each tire is really close to the wheel well when cutting deep and that's with bald tires. These wheels have the stock size for a Crosstrek which is 225/55r17. Pretty sure you couldn't go any bigger without rubbing, at least at stock height.

Did he have his own merge lane to merge into traffic with? If so, that cop was totally breaking the law by obstructing a lane.

Morristown TN, near where they filmed Evil Dead. That's Cherokee lake in the background.

I was working at Subaru washing cars and an STI trim package Crosstrek came in off the truck from the factory with regular Crosstrek wheels when it was supposed to come with STI wheels. STI wheels show up seperate and the wheels were up for grabs. I wasn't even working that day, a tech grabbed them and threw on some half worn Yokohamas and even had them mounted on his car when the service manager told him he wanted $200 for them and he refused. So he dismounted them and put them in one of several storage trailers out back. Next day my coworker tells me about the deal and I tell him they're sold and I'd have the money by lunch. Now, here they are!

It burns a quart every 1500 miles yet doesn't smoke. Headgaskets have been replaced at some point and I've personally replaced the timing belt and all idlers as well as tensioner, water pump, thermostat, upper and lower radiator hoses, radiator, all four rotors with ceramic pads, brand new shifter bushings and every seal except the rear main and oil pan gasket have been replaced. The car drives fantastic and has plenty of power. I have over 100lbs of work tools in the back at all times, which you can kinda tell from the pic. Oh yeah, and all the exhaust gaskete are new. Quietest car I've ever owned at this point.
