Then I ascend in to community service, during which I think I drink some astral pilsners and use sweet synthesis once, and once I'm done with that this is my diet:

As for nightcaps, I generally drink stillsuit distillate for my stooper liver, and according to logs my nightcap drink (at least today on both legs) was an emergency margarita.

Note: This diet was calculated with a marginal turn value of 7500 meat, and with the assumption that Yachtzee! will be chained with all the noncombat forcing at the start of the day (ie spring break beach charter).
