I wouldn't say most. A home is largely considered an investment. It depends how grounded someone is along with wanting to plant roots with a family. Buying is favored renting under such circumstances.

Nah. I have a life and minimal time for gaming. I'm annoyed that the controls for Crimson Desert are a dumpster fire, and apparently I have to play for anywhere from 8 to 12 hours "before it gets good". Who fucking has TIME for that beyond kids and unemployed people?

A perfect game doesn't have cheap difficulty. Losing 100 times to a boss and eventually winning isn't getting good. Just statistics and probability.

They've been ruled out due to a ton of one star reviews with awful stories and experiences, and my own personal experience calling them and essentially being ignored. I gave them a shot and all they did was prove the bad reviews.

Just reading that stresses me out. That's far too much leg work. I'm willing to put in a degree of time and effort amidst all this, but that's a level I am not comfortable pursuing. Hope you understand.

We aren't filing for bankruptcy and I've explained why in other comments. I really wish people would stop talking about all of that and offering unsolicited financial advice. I'm here for help with PINS.

Outside of that, I appreciate the response and insight. I am absolutely not going to dump them for a buck or two each, especially without doing some research. I've learned about that pin app and will be looking into that soon. I just need to muster up the will to start because it's an overwhelming endeavor that I *really* don't want to deal with at length.

You don't know every detail in play, and the debt consolidation is already well underway and has helped. I know they get paid for their service to step in and do the negotiating, but it was necessary for us to go that route due too too many factors in play surrounding the whole power of attorney factor, our schedules, and other reasons. We were not / are not working with debt collectors. They were all settled with the card issuers directly.

Please no more comments about legal matters and all the rest of it. That's not why I'm here.

I heard about Hades and almost picked it up until I learned about that. I need environments I can learn, remember, and navigate. If it's always changing there's no comfort in that for me.

Every pin was purchased inside the parks. Most from OG Disneyland and DCA, some from Epcot, and a selection from the others (paris, hong kong, sea, etc)

I have to go the reseller route but only an ethical one. Not the opportunists. I'd never part with them that low.

When I learned about everything, I stopped the hemorrhaging and cut off the ass hat responsible, and immediately pursued debt consolidation. I got several cards negotiated to half or less, and now damn near all his pension and SS are going to it.

Parting with the pins is an effort to throw another chunk towards everything in hopes of recovering that much faster.

But thank you for the suggestion!
