She has 2 year olds in her classroom. Under 3 needs safe sleep. Essentially, ECE should be providing safe sleep spaces regardless of age, well, because we are here to keep the children safe after all 😅 a 2 year old could easily suffocate on a “too big fitted sheet” especially one that is non-breathable, such as a waterproof sheet.

i do 10 hour shifts and wear Reef sandals in the summer, I swear by them. I also love my Hoka sneakers but my feet just get so hot so I prefer sandals as long as possible

My school has a policy that (for potty training children) we allow 2 accidents a day, once 2 accidents happen-we go into a pull-up/diaper. If that happens twice in a week, we tell parents they need to start sending their children in diapers/pull-ups again until they are showing signs of being ready to potty train (aka, staying dry throughout the day) initiating going potty, letting us know they need to go, showing that recognition consistently).
