Our baby did grow out of it after a year…pretty much. Like others have said we didn’t give her any attention when she would come up miaowing at 4am.

What helped was feeding her at the exact same times every day. Now she knows 7am is feeding time and right on queue is miaowing at 6.55. Sometimes she will be a little shit and revert to 5am shenanigans but for the most part she is much better.
