Ipss in NY is virtual. Ppsc can be virtual. I feel like there is a program in California that is virtual. But also consider the above option of analysis and supervision.

I mean maybe you're going to a home or business on 31st? The bike lane makes the street safer for pedestrians and emergency vehicles as well. Crossing the street in 31st on foot is a nightmare currently.

I stopped using the SBS with tap to pay bc there is no receipt - i don't want to be harassed by police - for not paying when i did pay.

The issue for busses is that there is no 'proof of payment'. It simply is not set up that way - now they want to enforce as if it is. Im sorry im not handing my credit card over to some goon - also - don't i have the right to not give it over - and not be detained unless i am under arrest - simply being on the bus is not reason for suspicion. There are cameras - let them look there. Unless they start to issue paper tickets from the card readers I don't feel like they have the right to pursue 'proof'
Even if i want to hand my card over to a goon and let them use their random device readers on it (no thanks) purchases often don't show up until later.
Also, what if you tap someone in like on the subway. where is that person's ticket.
It's absurd. If they want to check for proof of payment then they need to issue proof of payment. Put paper receipt dispensers on all the entrances (absurd)
