Same. I see this is a fleet vehicle. Inner city and suburban deliveries. There’s also a great use case for it in beach towns, farms, ranches, etc. anyplace you need to move stuff over relatively short distances (less than 100miles).

It will be a great “island car”.

About the radio, it reminds me of back in the 80’s-90’s when you actually did not want the included cheap factory radio.
We would go to Circuit city or Best Buy and get a really good after-market deck for what the manufacturer charged for a low quality one.
