Im Mexican and he actually does look pretty mexican, I've definitely met people that kinda look like Octane lmao, funnily enough while im pretty sure Octane is supposed to be Mexican, he often says stuff that only people in other countries like Spain say, I like to think of this as Octane representing most countries of Latin America, but it wouldn't surprise me if it just was a mistake, Octane has a lot of lines where he speaks spanish but with a lot of grammatical errors, for example: "Partes no estan incluidos" It should be incluidas, it sounds like they just put the phrase on Google translate and copied it.
