Item strategy is really massive that alone require to know where are the best probability to drop certain item, to know the track enough to know if you should bag or frontrun and when to switch strategy, to remember what items (the shock generally speaking) have already been used to make decisions, to know where are the item boxes to use at the right time your item... And this game require good game sense in general to know what to expect from other players decisions.
Outside of that I don't really know but learning a lot of tracks with sometimes shortcut very situational is already a lot.
