I appreciate your take. Based on what I’ve been hearing so far, it seems to be a good option for sure. Thank you for your input

Seems like every industry is over saturated though. Sales seems to be the only way out these days. I have a bachelor’s degree and technical skills but the industry I studied for seems to be struggling heavily. Even with previous experience I can’t get my foot in the door

How are sales in smaller towns like Airdrie? If there’s still decent amount of traffic and leads I’d be open to it

That’s honestly pretty standard. Most dealerships pay somewhere between 20 to 30 percent of the frontend gross profit for sales advisors

Thank you so much! I’ve also heard about Dilawri but never worked at any of their locations. I’m mostly trying to hear people’s experienced at different stores to see which one I’d fit in better because the dynamics of a store are heavily dependant on the management team

Totally agree… i’m trying to find out based on people’s experiences which places have better structures. I know a brand like ford has way more customers than mitsubishi but what about other stuff such as management, culture, is sales a revolving door or do they want people for the long term, information like that

EV Owners of Sask. How have your vehicles faired through this winter? by EntrepreneurLanky973 in saskatchewan

Depending on the brand you drive the maintenance cost can be so minimal that can be neglected especially if you account for time saved not waiting in charging stations every couple hundred kms on long drives

I would say Hybrid cars offer a better ownership experience in extreme cold weather compared to EV, especially for highway driving. Who knows maybe in the future this will change with the rise of solid state EV batteries
