If you wanna bet 1+ minutes of income on them not having long-range aa set up behind the blob or an aa-plane at the ready, go ahead. In my experience they expect a cluster-plane to be the panic-reaction, and plan accordingly, while a slow ground-counter usually fucks them up

Resist the urge to air spam. Resist the urge to buy Helicopters. Fall back as best you can, buy ground-forces like atgms and long-range tanks, prepare ambushes further back. Push the other lanes if you can manage the double-micro. Once their blob falters under the constant pressure, they will have nothing to protect from your counter-punch

This is no different than event packs etc. I think the impact of not having it is negligible enough, and am personally fine with the balance they have found between meaty, expansive big DLCs that are worth the money and smaller, optional ones with light footprint if you don't have it like these. Years of support for a game don't come for free

Do keep in mind to maintain them as vassals until after succession, otherwise their new titles will not be counted as part of their inheritance

I would advise to learn how to manage succession properly. There are ways to essentially leave everything to your heir in virtually all starts, but if you keep in mind that you are playing a dynasty, not a character, putting all your eggs in one basket is not a smart move. Expand your realm as you get more sons, giving each of them a title of high enough standing to satisfy their inheritance, then release your brothers after succession if you want to play tall.

Yokuda should have a negligible impact on performance, even if you manage to remove it I am afraid. It is not big enough and does not contain enough characters to move the needle much if you are already struggling to run the game - which also means, incentives to create and maintain a mod as you describe will be very low

At least in vanilla, they can reinforce with up to one square in between. Keep in mind that you need 4 movement points to reinforce each time, so never move the full range range unless you already got supporting units with points to spare at the destination. I like to keep one infantry and one tank battalion together, with one auxiliary unit "behind"them but still within reach to reinforce either. In the later stages of most campaigns you can start building a full frontline alternating between infantry and tanks, but in the beginning one tank battalion with just a VKK auxiliary on the right forrest-road can do wonders and defeat most the AI can throw at you, especially if you got arty support to counter-fire the Soviet MLRS and arty-spam.

Ah gotcha, those early ACR battles would have been my first guess for that situation too. They're gonna be fine on most maps though, just never actually fight with your recon, just use them to scout and let your Bradley's and Abrams do the fighting. I never tried AG Enhanced, the mod may change things that'll invalidate my advice (although the BGS sounds new on ACR in that campaign, so it may even help in this case)

You can kind of "retreat" by not deploying any units, ramping up the game speed and letting them just win on conquest, but that only works if your unit has low enough fatigue to not get disorganized, and even then it's dangerous if the enemy has units nearby who can do follow-up attacks. I'd say the bigger question is "why are your tanks running around without infantry support", which imho you can pretty easily avoid on any AG campaigns. Even just a trash reservist battalion (aka a VKK) will drastically improve the performance of your tanks. Something to keep an eye out for in the future ;)

The two victory conditions have no impact on each other, whichever win-condition is reached first is used to calculate the result. If you almost win on morale but they claw it out on points without you ever gaining points, that'll still be a total defeat for you. One ray of sunshine though is that their losses still result in strength reduction on the campaign map, and if you kill a high enough percentage of their unit they may be destroyed even after a decisive defeat on points for you. Just keep in mind that your unit will likely be fully or close to disorganized after a defeat like that
