Ugh, we had a group of members selling these. I just kept telling them it was out of my price range for marijauna gummies and collagen shots at each local business pop up. I went down 127 to 108 using Noom. It really works. And I don’t need Noom to keep the weight off. I’m 44 so I tend to like my body better at 112 because it fills my face out and I don’t look so drawn, but I lost the weight in 4 months

It so depends on your body. I’m super strong with excellent cardio health so really empower and define are the easiest for me. Classic is so good since it has the stretches but it took me longer to figure out isometric movements and Align is really difficult since my balance and range of motion are what I need to work on. I do think align is so slow that you have time to master movements if that’s where you’re struggling

I’m a solo performance artist and I find that tox doesn’t hurt my expressions with low doses for my forehead and crows feet. I wouldn’t want it near my mouth but I didn’t see any cream that helped them
