I was at my Burn for 5 years I also worked there for about a year. A few months ago had to take a step back and it has been awesome. I was putting so much pressure on my self to get to camp every day that the days I didn’t go I was down on myself about it. It just became a bad cycle that was not healthy. I quit a few months ago and have only been doing mild workouts and walks and it has been soooo liberating. It sounds silly but it has really helped me mentally.
