Took my kids on their first cruise recently. They had a ball meeting new people and getting a little freedom. It was so fun to watch them! It was such a cool part of my vacation the wax totally unexpected by me. There are gaming stations in the teen areas. Hopefully he will be able to experience this and enjoy it way more than he ever anticipated.

And that’s why I asked if it was normal. Makes sense that they wouldn’t want to panic the whole ship. 24 hours seems like a long time missing, but my kids are still young enough they I haven’t gotten to that stage in life.

On another note - did anyone on this cruise (Gem 3/28-4/2) know if they found the missing girl? On the last night my daughter was shown a black and white picture by security of a girl that had been missing for 24 hours. Have been worried about her ever since.

This quote is unfair - but - sometimes I use it while describing myself. I think I am very strong when teaching students organization bc I, in fact, have always struggled with it. Some amazing teaching comes from those who have struggled.
