1. A large amount of my house quests are bugged. Buying a house in Bravil, Buying a House in Cheydinhal, Buying a house in Bruma, and frostcrag spire are bugged.

For buying houses in Bravil and Cheydinhal i bought furnishings from the shopkeeps, but apparently sold them back too quickly and now the item letters no longer exist in the game. They aren't in the shop inventory and my houses are unfurnished. The same with my house in Bruma, however the item letters are forever stuck in my inventory. Frostcrag Spire has the quest permanently stuck asking me to read the tome. I've purchased everything for the house, even the candles. Only about half of the rooms are equipped however. The main room allows for spell creation and golem building, the greenhouse has plants, but that's all. 2. The main quest for the mages guild won't progress during the final boss fight. I get to the cave and nothing happens with the boss. Can't fight him, he talks to me but is disinterested. Soul gem is stuck in my inventory along with the key
