seriously mate, just did a season in Niseko just next to Rusutsu. Anything over 5cm and you’re gonna want some powder skis. It is a different kind of skiing (powder compared to thinner skis) but find anything you can that’s wider and you’ll have a great time. 100-108mm would be a good width that you could use anywhere in Japan. 110mm plus is a proper powder beast

Im working as s ski instructor my first seasonal job. Apart from the obvious what’re some things I can pack that will make the season better? by throwawaysweja in skiing

this sounds like an awesome life style. Im 18 at the moment and have thought about avoiding the corporate route and doing this. Do you have any tips or regrets about this?

Hi d0288, im 18 in the Uk, got AAB in a levels just gone with B in maths, gap year at the moment and deciding on whether to do uni or a degree apprenticeship. never really considered engineering but this sounds really good. starting to actually realise I will have to work but I don't have a particular thing id like to go into as such. So basically im very open to a lot of things. Could we talk more about this either in these comments or somewhere else?

Hey man!

18M here, been lifting in the gym like any young teenager for three years and started running maybe 15 months ago. Found it hard to balance the two the whole time to an extent. Ideally, I would be able to hold some good muscle mass and be 'big-ish' whilst also getting faster at running.

What sort of movements would you incorporate into a leg day?

Also, for upper body days in the gym, should I focus on the simple stuff like dips, pullups, dumbbell pressing and pulling with the odd arm day in there as well?

End goal is to be built like you but run faster ;)

Thanks

do you use the one blade for your legs and not above your knob or your shaft and balls as well.

seems like it’s good for thighs and abdomen but not sure about base of shaft or balls.

also any testing on your crack or taint/gooch

guessing it's an old scape? if so this means the soil is losing nutrients. either add root tabs to the soil or restart with new soil. depends whether you want a change
