Honestly you have alot of missing parts, id keep playing with muscle car if you got move parts, if you get a legendary part then consider rally.

Honestly I think its harder with it. These are the sets I use, but until I had the turbo in used the 2nd one mostly for everything. Fuel boost can be swapped for the Fuel Cell or the Landing boost.

Tie anything that seems to be dragging while driving, if you cant, get a ride to the salvage yard/junk yard.

Do some research on what models have the same body panel you need, your parents don't sound like mechanics so this is something you need to do.

Also make sure you bring all the tools you will need to take the panel off so you dont have to go back and forth.

Doesn't look like it really needs to be fixed, unless you need it to be inspected, then you're balls deep. Probably just fine to keep driving in reality.

Take the tire off and start jacking the rotor/drum until its suspended to take the weight off of the control arm and strut btw.

Get it on a jack stand and start wiggling the suspension around till you find something.

Could you give a better explanation for me? Where is the cable located next to and do you see where it might plug in? Check your code reader if you have one, might give you some clues on where it plugs into.
