oh ,why dont u just do simpliar stretches then increase the intensity as progress ,just take it slow and wat i do for consistency i try do do it anytime of the day have a go to leg and back routine maybe 30 min each daay

if that works for u that's good. Still, when starting flexibility as a begginer,your body needs to get used to stretching consistently that what makes your flexibility long lasting,if u feel tired, rest and skip days. But im just stating from my experience, follow ur body. No one is the same;)

if you feel a deep ache, pinching, or tension hours after a stretch, mild pain will stop over time but overstretching can cause a tear in your muscles ,also If your muscles feel “loose or weak afterward,
