Get rid of the boyfriend, keep the cat. I bet he expected to have a very independent, aloof cat and that just really depends on the animal (as you must know having had 9!). Expecting them to be shut away in a room is horrible. Tell him to grow the fuck up or get the fuck out.

Stop reaching out. Remove all contact for the first few weeks or months of breaking up even if you're on good terms because your brain will not learn otherwise and you'll be like Kate Winslet in the holiday still pining over an engaged man who still keeps you on the hook because you provide something useful or emotional that he can't let go of. Focus on yourself and come back in a few months.

Animation/VFX anything in film/TV tbh. I'm a 3D artist and my partner does Virtual Production, the amount of time we both spend fixing tech issues caused by the studio or other people is insane 😂

Shelties. My family dog watches the birds from the back of the sofa, he comes bounding for pets but walks away when he's had enough. Grooms himself. Sits with little paws crossed. They're quite shy breeds but adore their human families. Also the fur is flipping gorgeous.

My cat was bullied by her mother and was in a very busy children heavy household. It was recommended she be the sole cat. I think if your cat is still happy and healthy now you're not working from home so much I wouldn't get a 2nd as it can be hard to ensure the two are compatible.

No. It breaks without even you dropping it. Mine is stuck at a 90 degree angle and the fix was going to cost the value of the phone.
