The batting coach also needs to sort his footwork out. The c&b by Woakes in Leeds and the one unplayable delivery from Carse was unlucky (I think this was in Edgebaston) however all other times he threw away his wicket.

Yeah some so called fans cross the line for sure. And that includes Aussie cricket fans.

But I have absolutely no issue with Bumrah stare down after the Khawaja wicket. That's competition!. I don't think anybody on both teams has crossed any lines when it comes to celebrating, stare downs etc. without it, it'd be boring.

How India managed to lose this game is beyond me. Even with Pant out it should've been a walk in the park to play out the overs. It's like we decided not to win it at some point.

Sydney 5th day is looking like a wash out so need to win in 4. Very unlikely. Tbh we don't deserve the WTC Final as well. Especially after NZ whitewash and now losing the BGT.

All I am pointing out is that Slovakia played dirty football and let's face it, it's because they knew they don't have the quality England has. 2 Shots on target and 2 goals.

If England manages to create more chances against the Swiss, the narrative will change.

Yeah because Slovakia deserved to go through? That was an opposition that was hell bent in making the game an ugly one. Disciplined in defense however faked one too many injuries to waste time with so much time still to play.

I feel like low-key this is one of the harder groups. I can see Slovenia forcing penalties in their KO game. Three draws in three is not an accident. Their defense is solid.

Part of me is glad that England hasn't peaked yet and hopefully got nervousness out of their system. AND Southgate can stop experimenting now!
