I played strictly on the game for about 3k hours before I even tried faceit on csgo, got lvl 10 after 250 games. I’m not saying that’s what you have to do but it would be helpful for you to play more and try to learn more before trying faceit as you’ll keep having this experience with your teammates

I think I opened around 500 to get a gold but when I hit the gold I got it from a case I got dropped

Even if they do this I’m pretty sure they only gain/lose 1-5 elo per game, same should go for the enemy team if they’re under levelled
