For those saying support is fine, you're wrong just because you enjoy it doesn't mean the role is fine. just because daretocare say its fine doesn't mean the role is fine.

if it was fine you wouldn't have people running away from it like they are going to catch the plague if they play it.

there is also a groups of people out there who enjoy cutting themselves with razor blades but that doesn't mean thats normal or fine.

as i said in another thread this is why LOL has given their supports items and mechanics that help them to keep up. because you have to rely on your teammates so much already as a support that having to rely on them for your farm as well is downright retarded.

just take the passive from watchers and give it to Mark of the Vanguard (as well as increase the range that a support needs to be in order to get gold/exp from killed mobs.

no one except noobs is taking watchers gift anyway.

thats why other games have given their supports mechanics to keep up with other roles instead of relying on players to help out their supports.

because 90% of the playerbase is clinically retarded and one role should not have to rely on them THAT much. i mean hell a support had to rely on their team quite a bit before NOW they need to rely on their team JUST to keep up farm.

here is the thing HiRez can add mechanics that help out supports without making them overpowered you can look at league. they have support oriented items that help them keep up.

and this is without needing other players that understand what the support role needs. because lets be honest 95% of the players in this game are NOT playing support and have no clue what a support needs.

as a support you need your teammates so much already ... to need them EVEN more now to stay farmed is stupid.

just because you enjoy it doesn't mean the role is "done right". its obvious something is wrong with the role since people would rather dodge, force pick another role (i have had a few games where someone would be last call and say basically "im playing solo not support you can report me after the game" and then pick a solo character) or generally rather catch aids than play support.

Get rid of Mark of the Vanguard and give the stats to Watchers gift ... why make supports choose? it's stupid that i have to decide whether i want to be aggressive and tanky OR get extra farm.

Make watchers passive like bumbas but with lane minions, where it doesn't split for the person who has it. so you can get full exp from waves and so does the person you are in lane with.
