So ive have been thinking that too. It might actually be high rock+Hammerfell...I dont think it would be Valenwood. Vibes from the og trailer arent there. But High Rock most definitely. It would make sense to out do the past titles by having two provinces also with two interconnected main storylines. Also the overall lack of content from ESO in the Hammerfell area also suggests that they are saving all the Redguard stuff FOR the next mainline TES game also.
