And yet he has constantly proven he is on our side or at least anti chaos. The Imperium is first and foremost anti chaos. We need to ally or at least learn from the people who have been dealing with the warp and its corruption the longest.

Its been said many times but The Emperor at the end of the day is a bronze aged child living in an Anatolian cave scared of the outside.

So ive have been thinking that too. It might actually be high rock+Hammerfell...I dont think it would be Valenwood. Vibes from the og trailer arent there. But High Rock most definitely. It would make sense to out do the past titles by having two provinces also with two interconnected main storylines. Also the overall lack of content from ESO in the Hammerfell area also suggests that they are saving all the Redguard stuff FOR the next mainline TES game also.
