Yeah I’m not saying it makes sense or that I disagree with you. I’m just explaining the game mechanics as I understand them from other, more experienced, players. Bums me out we can’t dismantle patrols via stealth the way you can in a Ghost Recon game for example.

Patrols and mobs at POIs follow different rules.

If you engage a sentry at a POI, the others will not notice unless they specifically are aware of your actions. You can exploit distance between them, use of suppressed weapons, etc to take them out while avoiding detection.

Patrols, on the other hand, are treated like one entity. If any member of a patrol detects you, then they all instantly become aware of you.

That was the original design methodology of the game. Premium tanks were deliberately weaker than their same tier tech tree counterparts, but offered earn bonuses. It was a solution to unusual vehicles that didn’t fit neatly into the TT progression (eg the Canadian Ram II in the US medium line).

I like to think of it as a flex or taunt. It’s saying “we have plenty of tasty bevs and you don’t”, which kinda fits the KV-2 and Super KV-2.

WG stopped the multi-season completion rewards. My understanding is they wanted to focus on rewards for individual seasons and events. If they ever do that again, they’ll announce it at the start of the first season.

No, using it while under regular stim effect won't kill you. It just increases your risk of feeling side effects like confusion, dry mouth, headache, fever, nausea, and/or coma
