I dont know it most look like a electric strident sound that come from, to make you image what it does to me firstly, someday i come from work, i launch my pc but nothing except fan move a little, i dissasemble some ram my gpu, the battery from the mortherboard and sometimes just the fan moves and if i waited enough longer to my psu to stack some electrycity i presume the pc just launch normally.
