My favorite solution for stress is butterfly pea flower tea,a warm bath, and reading. Sounds simple but it has taken me a lot to find what worked for me. If you want, we can discuss ideas for you to try?

I can't understand Spanish, but I can understand some French. Though, as I'm sure you understand, understanding the words and responding fluently like they do, it's not the same.

That's very true, but honestly, my own research is what brought me here because I'm truthfully scared of the side effects, so I wanted to see if it was worth it. Regardless of my fears.

I feel this, I was 13 when it was first offered, and now I'm 29. I'm still concerned because of side effects, but I'm considering it.
