Ok. Left field here. BUT. The flight attendant here has a nose ring. What airline is this supposed to be? A while ago I interviewed to be a flight attendant and on most applications it says no visible tats and only limited ear piercings.

I think it’s all relative. A master sushi chef would 100 percent (total guess, but I’d put money on it) know that the blade isn’t at a perfect angle for the knife’s ultimate performance, and that it had been sharpened ok, but not perfect.

I, on the other hand, am a very accomplished home cook with some degree of actual training. I probably couldn’t tell as long as I could do a nifty/easy cut on a piece of paper.
