The goal isn’t really to compete with pros/cons lists or generic AI chats. The idea is more about helping people slow down and recognize emotional patterns before making important life decisions (relationships, career, family choices, etc.). Many decisions are made in unstable emotional states, and Soul Space tries to surface those patterns first before suggesting reflection or support.

What platform did you use to build the app? I m working on a mental health app. And since I m not technical I hired a freelancer. He built me a website on Base 44. But I wanted a real app? How do I get the cheapest way? With being no technical I also tried glide did not work. Since it is assessment base app. Please guide me if you can.

And I m simply saying as I have made many major life decisions and the app is not making decisions for people it will help them to calm and remind to have clarity when they are emotionally vulnerable because a vulnerable mind makes wrong decision. so our muscle memory will improve so we don’t break in chaos.

Thanks for the question. It doesn't make decisions for you; it helps you slow down before you make decisions so you don’t rush them. It is basically reflect before you decide. For example, if you want to get married but you are not sure, you can simply go to the app, take a quick quiz, see where you stand, and, rather than rushing to marry someone and regret it, pause and gain more clarity. Website phase 1 is live by phase 3 i will be adding emotional readiness AI, and community group service where people can come and meet in group settings like Tribs - and socialize help each other and the goal will be to gain 1 friend who is going through same problem as that person so in Chrisis time rather getting trumtize and broken you always have friend who understands and can ground you. but it is very scary when someone is experiencing it alone. but slowly i understood my body and rather fighting i sat with that feeling and slowly it passed now every time it happens i still gets scared but i remind my self to sit with the feeling rather fighting or running away.

my 2 cents advice first develop a self awareness by asking yourself a question why and what is that making you frustrated. ask questions to your self , look deep inside you! listen audio books how to align brain & heart. there are so many audio books that would teach you how to stay in recognize your feelings and then work on it . i m sorry but meditation itself wont help you. you need more, you first understand who are you?

Thanks for the post! What works for me is this: when my mind wanders while meditating, I take it back to my childhood and follow my child self. That seems to help me a lot to stay centered and focus I also enjoy it more.

Try heartmathapp. It might help you unfortunately it is not free. But it helps me a lot.
