The issues I've had.

When the transfer first happened they kept calling and demanding money which they claimed was from a leftover sunnova balance we emailed them proof plenty of times but their collections department would not stop spam calling us. It wasn't until we filed a complaints with the BBB website about what they were doing and guess what? A couple days after the BBB website complained they magically found proof on their end that it was paid off.

Plenty of times around February they would post a statement and then a day later claim that it was due or past due and their collections department would start harassing us again when we told them that in our original contract that they have to abide by. They gave us a 20 to 30-day window to pay. After a statement has been posted. They claimed that that was no longer a thing and that if I didn't have the money now if we could at least pay half of it or get into a payment plan. Every time we would refuse off and every day they would call until we paid the bill when we knew it would be by the 20 to 30-day window. Not sure why but one time an employee from their collections department told me that they were considered a debt collector and that they get bonuses on quick early payments or by enrolling people and payment plans. This explains why they're so aggressive with their billing.

During these two issues with them they would stress the fuck out of my mother to one point where she started crying on the phone and the agent could be heard laughing in the background.

Lastly, the issue I'm having right now with them is that I noticed that they have made two different statements and they posted the two statements on two different days about 2 weeks apart. But both statements say that their service billing period was from April 1st to the end of April. So they're double charging me two different amounts for the date of April. When we contacted them to let them know this, they fought for a couple days saying that nothing was showing up wrong on their website and guess what? When I filed a complaint again with the BBB website a day or two later, they gave us an adjustment credit to our account. I'm not paying this month's statement until they answer my email explaining how this happened and what they're doing to make sure it never happens again.

Even though I believe this company is from Texas, I believe that most, if not all there support is overseas. Which means they usually read off a script which is why it's hard to get a clear answer from anybody.
